What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, and project message. The consent banner stores your cookie preference locally in your browser; we do not receive that value on our servers.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform a contract if you engage us. Processing is based on your request (PDPA Article 19 consent for collection) and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry messages are handled on infrastructure operating under the logicmodule.digital domain. No analytics or advertising trackers process your visit.

Your rights

Cross-border transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your message may be stored on servers located where our hosting provider operates. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with the PDPA.
