This site offers paid project-based consulting. The following market-consistent terms apply until confirmed otherwise in your signed statement of work. (Proposed baseline — pending business confirmation.)

Distance-selling context

Where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act provides a seven-day cooling-off period (七日猶豫期) for certain distance contracts. Custom professional services that begin with your express consent may be excluded once deliverables are performed.

Deposits and milestones

Project fees are typically invoiced per milestone. Deposits are non-refundable once we allocate calendar time and begin discovery, except where law requires otherwise.

Cancellation by client

You may cancel before work starts for a full refund of unused prepaid amounts. After discovery begins, refunds cover only unperformed milestones, minus reasonable costs already incurred.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot perform due to unforeseen conflict, we refund unearned prepaid fees and provide work product completed to date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days when practicable.
