Terms of service

These terms govern consulting services offered by Logic Module Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 21226898, Representative Wang Yu-Ting).

Services

We provide fixed-scope programming consulting focused on modular application design and code refactoring. Statements of work describe deliverables, timeline, and fees in NT$ before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You supply timely access, decisions, and test environments needed for the agreed scope. Delays may shift schedules without automatic fee reductions unless otherwise written.

Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work states otherwise, you own code we modify in your repositories. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and generic know-how not embedded in your deliverables.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public technical information as confidential during and after the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Taiwan law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation of your production systems.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.
